**What the role is**
- Supporting the Cybersecurity Strategic Planning Section as the Water Sector Lead, the Cybersecurity Analyst is required to work closely with the owners of Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) to ensure they fulfil their regulatory obligations under the Cybersecurity Act.

**What you will be working on**
- The roles and responsibilities are, but not limited to: - Oversee timely compliance to Cybersecurity Code of Practice and the Water Sector Cybersecurity Policy by all the CII under the Water Sector. - Monitor CII’s overall cybersecurity readiness; conduct regular risk assessment and compliance assessment on CII systems to determine the operational effectiveness of the controls implemented. - Develop overall cybersecurity strategy and underlying initiatives to ensure that the OT and IT systems are adequately protected. Analyse industry trends and adjust PUB security strategy accordingly. - Track and analyse cybersecurity metrics for optimal effectiveness, benchmarking and management reporting. - Prepare and staff options for operational response plans for cyber crisis management efforts; work with incident response team and crisis communication team to prepare and staff crisis communications plan and messaging.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. - 2 years of relevant experience related to IT or OT cybersecurity. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Good understanding of regulatory requirements, audit and risk management frameworks and processes. - Strong communication and writing skills would be preferred. - Knowledge on industry best practices and technologies supporting cybersecurity in the domains of protection, detection and response.
