Job Responsibilities:

- Monitoring to ensure on time delivery from supplier
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving procurement costs
- Work with the inventory team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and coordinate with the production on the production plan
- Approve orders of necessary goods and services
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience as a Buyer/ Purchaser
- Strong negotiation skills and networking
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Ability to work well in a team, able to therive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment
- Working location: Between Ang Mo Kio and Serangoon
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 6PM
