Job Responsibilities:

- Support launches of new payment options and keep improving the payment acceptance rate.
- Manage, review and respond to claims, disputes, chargebacks and retrieval requests within the strict deadlines stipulated by the card issuers and payment processors.
- Compile and provide regular and ad-hoc reports on fraud trends, potential costs, and payment acceptance rates to upper management.
- Manage digital purchase requests and invoice reconciliation with internal teams and Razer’s partners, including resolving any discrepancies to ensure all invoices are paid within agreed terms.
- Work closely with Razer’s partners for finance related communications and invoicing needs.
- The ability to extract data from various reporting systems, analyze the data, and report on it in a user-friendly format, while ensuring that the data is accurate.
- Cancel orders or stop shipments of identified fraudulent accounts.
- Work with Customer Advocacy on processing refunds and returning shipments, as needed.
- Assist in Payment and Fraud related internal UAT projects

Pre-Requisites:

- The individual must have good understanding about payments and chargebacks for eCommerce digital payments, with previous finance experience.
- Meticulous, very strong analytical skills and troubleshooting skills.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a finance, accounting, or digital payments related position.
- Able to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver tasks when required.
- Experienced in digital payment or a finance position in an ecommerce business.
- Highly organized, deadline orientated and self-motivated. Ability to think outside of the box.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Knowledge in Tableau, SQL is a plus.
