Senior Investment Ops

**What You’ll Do**:

- End-to-end ownership of our admissions process.
- Build automations, dashboards, infrastructure, and more within our no-code stack. Major plus if you’re an expert in Airtable and Zapier.
- Track and ensure applicants receive responses in a timely manner

**Who You Are**:

- You may have held a previous role in Operations or Project Management
- High output, execution, and hustle - an ability to own all operations, and an eagerness to dive into the nitty-gritty
- Interest in learning and working in our no-code infrastructure
- Thrives in a fast-paced, often scrappy, sometimes chaotic environment
- Meticulously detail-oriented and organized - you're able to juggle many priorities while not dropping any balls
- Has great interpersonal skills and is comfortable in customer-facing roles. Ideally, you are someone who is not afraid to push back (how thick is your skin?) as you’ll be working with Senior Executives.
- Embrace the generalist mindset: doing whatever it takes to successfully go 0 to 1 and get new initiatives off the ground.
- Has strong communication skills - verbal, written and presentation

**What to Expect**:

- Our goal is to increase the GDP of Southeast Asia through entrepreneurship, seriously.
- You’ll be able to work remotely and (mostly) set your own schedule.
- You'll have a lot of flexibility in your role and will be able to help define what our operations infrastructure looks like going forward.
- We're an early-stage startup. Projects and priorities are likely to shift.
- You should be comfortable with a dash of chaos. This is not the kind of job where you show up and we tell you exactly what to do every day.
