**What you will do**:

- Survey the latest research in areas such as natural language processing and large language models, computer vision, deep learning, and general machine learning to help build innovative AI solutions that drive our product
- Execute across the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle in areas such as data collection and sanitization, data pipeline, model training and evaluation, production releases, and service deployment..
- Engage in strategic discussions and help build tactical road-maps & timelines for the AI research team
- Run ad-hoc data science studies to explore new ideas and present to the broader team
- Work closely with different functions to promote new ML solutions to production and iterate on existing ones
- Write clean, concise, and well-tested code to support automated machine learning processes

**Who you are**:

- You have a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
- You have 2+ years of experience working on ML technologies/methodologies (including infrastructure work)
- You have experience with developing with deep learning framework such as PyTorch or Tensorflow in Python and / or C++ and with distributed computing systems
- You have a proven track record of being able to work collaboratively, independently, strategically and with sound judgment
- You have a solid understanding of computer architecture for performance profiling and optimization
- You are excited about joining a fast-paced startup environment
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are currently located in Singapore
