About Us:
Wright Partners, in collaboration with our Corporate Partner, are looking for talented individuals motivated to join an exciting new venture in industrial smart maintenance. Our primary focus is on 4 industries: Manufacturing, Chemicals Processing, Manufacturing, and Food & Beverage. Specifically, we are focussed on flow and motion control systems within these industries (eg. HVAC, Boiler, Steam Distribution Systems, Thermal Oil, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems etc.)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Describe common and critical maintenance problems found in various flow systems within our target industries
- Identify opportunities for automation, technician enhancement, and improvement of maintenance processes
- Analyse maintenance processes and identify areas of inefficiency and potential improvement in real factories identified for case study development.
- Quantify cost of failure to maintain equipment, cost of interventions, and calculate ROI of implementing interventions
- Develop detailed reports and recommendations based on audit findings.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on best practices in industrial maintenance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting industrial maintenance operations and implementing maintenance optimisation solutions.
- Specific experience in the F&B,O&G, chemical processing, and manufacturing industries.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certifications related to industrial maintenance and process optimization.
- Experience working with advanced maintenance software and platforms.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
