- Position Title**:Operations Executive / Assistant Operations Manager**:

- Working Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided from Lakeside MRT)
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am-5.45 pm; Alternate Sat 8.30 am-12.30 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to $3,500 + Bonus + Lunch provided + Insurance benefits**:

- Salary Range: SGD 3,000 - SGD 3,500
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Manager to execute operations duties and manage the Surveyor to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure the operations executed are able to meet KPI
- Coordinate with the lessee/ lessor’s independent surveyor for joint inspection
- Assist to plan and execute the operations and movement at the ISO Tank cleaning bay & repair bay
- Inspect the Tank Containers thoroughly and raise Estimates of Repair after the cleaning are completed
- Conduct pre /post-repair inspection of Tank Container, if required by customers
- Carry out operations activities according to SOPs and customers’ requirements
- Assist to investigate and prepare reports for any incident and accident in the depot
- Coordinate with internal department and external customer to resolve inventory and logistics matters
- Identify safety hazards in operations areas and proactively eliminate any risks
