Reliability Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating on the enhancement of Reliability strategies and programs, prioritizing process safety, yields, capacity, and uptime performance.
- Providing technical expertise for addressing Reliability-related challenges, aiding in the resolution of process and equipment issues. Leading Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for recurrent failures and those impacting production, quality, and safety.
- Designing engineering remedies for persistent failures and other issues adversely affecting plant operations, encompassing capacity, quality, cost, and regulatory compliance.
- Utilizing RCM software to perform Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis for critical assets/systems and implementing resultant action items.
- Executing comprehensive online/offline condition monitoring across the entire site to proactively predict failures.
- Championing, facilitating, and coordinating cross-disciplinary teamwork initiatives for Reliability enhancements, encompassing reactive and proactive measures. Assisting in the implementation and tracking of action items.
- Contributing insights to a risk management strategy that anticipates potential impacts on plant operations, both Reliability-related and non-Reliability-related.
- Conducting thorough analysis of asset performance metrics, including asset utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), remaining useful life, capital replacement strategies, and other key indicators such as availability, maintenance efficiency, Reliability, and maintenance costs.
- Evaluating the content of maintenance plans within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), encompassing methods, maintenance frequencies, and required spare parts.
- Fulfilling any additional responsibilities delegated by the Supervisor or Manager.
