KH Roberts is looking for an enthusiastic **Marketing Specialist **to join us in our marketing efforts on product promotion. You will be an integral part of HQ commercial team and work with colleagues and partners in our regional network to develop and execute B2B product marketing plans including product communication, customer outreach and sales enablement. This position will be communicating and interacting across functions and markets, with a focus on aromas and tastes targeting the food, beverage, health and wellness markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Research and analyse new developments, competitors’ activities, markets and trends to curate information on consumer needs, demands and preferences.
- Together with sales team, to help identify problem or gaps in markets and promote products as a solution.
- Brainstorm and develop product and category concepts for internal and external customers.
- Lead, plan and execute product launches, promotions and awareness.
- Lead, plan and execute outbound or inbound product marketing activities in areas of lead generation campaigns, content development, advertising, presentations and other marketing materials as required through appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product requirement and product communication via customer meetings and engagements.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future product marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of prior experience and exposure in food ingredients or flavours industry is advantageous.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing or similar role.
- Good understanding of marketing elements including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc., and market research methods.
- Excellent creative mind and commercial ability to translate technical information to impactful marketing messages.
- Exceptional internal and external communication, and writing skills.
