With the ability to lend in all 50 US States (for most programs) and Internationally, GMG is the "go-to" source for global Real Estate financing. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We are seeking a Web Developer with Digital Marketing experience based in Singapore to join our team This is an amazing opportunity which will allow you to showcase your web development and digital marketing skills. You will develop, maintain, and deliver functionality to our website and ensuring our Digital Marketing continues to reach our global audience. We want someone who is innovative, collaborative, driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for front-end coding and development - writing well-designed and efficient codes to maintain, expand, and scale websites. - Create websites and user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices. - Integrate data from various back-end services, databases, and digital analytics. - Gather and refine website requirements and specifications based on technical needs and industry best practices. - Create and optimize web and landing pages for speed, performance accessibility and user-friendliness - Manage key website analytics and reporting tools to provide the team with detailed weekly reports around website health, traffic, and engagement and lead generation for sales - Reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions and in creating marketing personas/audience profiles. **SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS** - Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, CIS with equivalent experience - Fluent in front-end coding languages and design software - Excellent programming skills with in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress and C++ - Experience developing software in JavaScript - Hands-on experience in digital analytics, and webmaster tools - Strong skills in data processing, web hosting, and other information services. - Experience in creating content on social media channels and using client relationship management system such as HubSpot - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and organise own workload - Good understanding of social media KPIs - Proficient t in marketing research and statistical analysis - Good time management skills - Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills - Keen attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication - Team player **Want to know more about us?
