Our client is a dynamic technology consulting company specializing in digital transformation and innovative solutions. They are currently looking for a Senior Engineer (Big Data) to join their tech engineering team.
- 【 What you will be doing 】- Responsible for designing, creating, and managing large-scale data processing systems.
- Ensure that systems can operate quickly, safely, and efficiently when processing, analysing, and interpreting large amounts of data.
- Create and optimize the cloud/self-built Big-data platform to ensure the efficiency of data storage and management.
- Understand business needs and design Big Data solutions that meet those needs.
- Define company data standards and policies, implement data quality control, and achieve security and compliance.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Experiences within the gaming industry is a plus.
- Ability to ensure efficient and secure operation of systems when handling large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing cloud or self-built Big Data platforms.
- Understanding of business requirements and ability to design Big Data solutions accordingly.
- Knowledge of data standards, policies, and implementation of data quality control.
- Familiarity with security and compliance measures for data management.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (listening/speaking/writing) is essential to communicate with stakeholders
- Frequent travelling is required (usually 1-2 weeks per travel per month)**English Level**:
