**About the Job**:
As a Principal Consultant, you will be part of a Capco team working with clients in the Wealth space. You will be responsible for analysis, design, and consulting support, as well as developing an understanding of our client’s strategic direction, issues, and project delivery. You will be the liaison between business and technical users, and work to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives
- Support commercial growth of our key clients in specific geographies and disciplines
- Manage the full lifecycle of work - aligning on deliverable(s), drafting the execution plan, establishing KPIs and driving a scaled agile execution model to completion
- Synthesize market and industry trends into clearly articulated, tailored, and market differentiated client solutions

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in management consulting, business analytics or project management
- Strong understanding of Banking / Financial / Insurance industry issues and ability to articulate value propositions internally and externally
- Ability to develop trusted and durable relationships with clients and ecosystem partners across the domain
- Experience collaborating across teams and domains to identify sales opportunities
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in ambiguous and ever change environments
- Excellent people and communication skills in both written and verbal English
