**In this role, you would be responsible for**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform AppSec testing, capture vulnerabilities & threats
- Strong SQL expertise to conduct Database testing for probable data breaches
- Perform regular audits to ensure security practices are compliant
- Deploy endpoint detection and prevention tools to thwart malicious hacks
- Incident reporting
- Escalate to L3/L4 Support as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)

**Minimum qualifications**
- Experience with investigations, risk, fraud, trust & safety, cybersecurity or other related fields, or other comparable experience that demonstrates investigative acuity.
- Analytical experience in making assessments and solving problems using data, as well as providing practical business insights.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and tools.
- Experience using a variety of search tools.
- Time management and organizational experience.
- Experience assessing, analyzing and resolving issues.
- Experience conducting online investigations and familiarity with common tools, e.g. how to look up a Whois record, reverse image search, wayback machine, researching business registration records, etc.
- Communication skills - written & verbal. Able to communicate internally vs externally, experience distilling large amounts of disparate material into clear and comprehensive analysis

**Technical Skillset**
- Analytical background in SQL; ability to write advanced queries
- Language skills beyond English.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Has used the following technical knowledge/skills in investigations: Application Security, DevSecOps, Hive, PHP, Python, advanced OSINT research methods, and Maltego or other links analysis tools.
- Investigative experience in one or more of the following areas: spam, phishing, malware, account takeover, apps and ads fraud.
- Experience in database infrastructure and writing queries in SQL.
