**LOCATION**

This position is located at our corporate office in Singapore.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The Spa Operations Advisor is to assist the Global Head of Spa Operations in driving and transforming wellness vision into strategic implementation; designing quality operations, guest experience management, retreat programs and events that will sharpen spa marketing, and foster sustainable growth. The job requires high level of commitment, managing multi-project and workflow processes in the collaboration with the business leaders across different regions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist Global Head of Spa Operations in conceptualizing operational flows, including visuals, graphics, and Operating Supplies and Equipment for new openings, in line with the business strategies
- Assist Global Head of Spa Operations to coordinate with relevant partners, architects and engineering team in preparing the new projects
- Coordinate the new openings critical path timelines
- Provide direction to spa operational activities in the properties to cope with business needs and growth
- Guide the spa team in the properties to prepare functionality and facility standards, aligning with the Aman’s DNA and vision
- Responsible for the development of spa menu and relevant spa programs, to ties in with resort’s activities
- Establish the corporate operational templates to enhance operational efficiency
- Responsible for monitoring the spa management training in pre-opening projects
- Act as an internal auditor to maintain quality assurance of spa operations
- Create and review standard operating procedures for the division to ensure training library content is up to date
- Assist with setting up new openings, in line with the guidelines

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, specialized in spa and wellness is highly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of spa and wellness experience in luxury hospitality with managerial role
- Sound understanding of the spa operations and cultural practices in the global market
- Willing to work beyond the call of duty with frequent business travel
- Strong interpersonal skills with cultural knowledge and awareness
