**Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess all piping layout work, including 3D models, material take-offs (MTO), bill of quantities (BQ), and other project deliverables to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Assist in the planning and organization of piping engineering activities, including manpower allocation for projects.
- Develop and prepare departmental procedures, manuals, and training guides, and conduct training for team members.
- Provide engineering support and technical advice for piping installation and testing at construction sites.Execute other responsibilities as assigned by the Piping Manager.

**Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in piping design, including detailed design, stress evaluation, and construction engineering support.
- Proficient knowledge of Caesar II for stress analysis and AutoCAD for piping layout.
- Basic knowledge of 3D model reviews through Naviswork or SPR.
- Ability to interpret stress/vibration analysis reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
