**Job Summary**

To oversee the financial health of an organization and help ensure its continued viability. Supervise important functions, such as monitoring cash flow, determining profitability, managing expenses and producing accurate financial information.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

**Operational**
- Manage and support the day-to-day activities of Zicom Holdings Private Limited and local subsidiaries such as Zicom Private Limited, Zicom Equipment Private Limited and Link Vue Systems Pte Ltd **.**:

- Provide necessary support / guidance to the accounting team to ensure prompt and accurate closing of monthly accounts and reporting to the board of directors
- Seek to understand these businesses and their needs
- Oversee project execution - monitor status of delivery, receipt of goods and services, financing, cash inflow and outflows
- Liaise with bankers to seek financing for projects and day-to-day activities
- Oversee the collection of accounts receivables and managing accounts payables
- Manage cash flows for these companies
- Treasury functions including managing foreign currencies exposure
- Practise prudent costs control
- Oversee internal control processes
- Liaise with auditors and government authorities to ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements including but not limited to income taxes, GST, withholding tax, ACRA filing etc.
- Safe keeping of companies’ assets

**Group Matters**
- Familiarisation of Group’s business and business units
- Review monthly financials of subsidiaries and associates
- Be an expert in ERP system and assist other subsidiaries in implementation or day-to-day operations
- Review overseas subsidiaries’ systems of internal controls and suggest improvements
- Assist to support subsidiaries’ operations when needed
- Corporate secretarial work

**Budget / Forecast**
- Review budgets, forecasts for Group companies

**Taxation**
- Review tax computations for local subsidiaries for submission to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
- Review replies to queries raised by IRAS

**Others**
- Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
- Some travelling may be required
