**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Managing Meeting Rooms and Event Space Enquiries
- Respond to all enquiries pertaining to meeting rooms and event spaces for both corporate and social functions
- Conduct site inspection of the hotel’s function spaces, guest rooms and facilities
- Prepare Proposals, Contracts and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in a timely manner
- Conduct weekly BEO meetings with relevant departments to ensure smooth running of the events
- Ensure that function spaces and F&B are prepared according to client specifications prior to the event
- In-charge of function space bookings to ensure that spaces are optimized
- Prepare monthly event forecast and R&B sales reports
- Work with Room Sales Team with in preparing Proposals, Contracts and Corporate Rate Agreements
- Ensure client records in our CRM systems are updated
- Attend to calls and enquiries pertaining to rooms and events
- Maintain a record and inventory of sales collaterals and corporate gifts
- Work collaboratively with the Sales and F&B department to generate opportunities for new business.
- Works closely with Finance team to follow up on payment
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include in house promotions, hotel show rounds, and an active involvement in restaurant service during peak hours.
- Drive Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and Dining offer to expand customer base for restaurants sales opportunities.
- Explore opportunities of hosting social events & networking events
- Partner with Sales account managers to visit potential accounts to drive restaurant & function space business.

**Responsibilities includes
- Identify new F&B business opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
- Monitors same day selling procedures to maximize restaurant revenue.
- Gains understanding of the property’s primary target customer and service expectations; serves the guests by understanding their needs, business objectives and concerns.
- Act as the guest service role model for the restaurants, sets a good example of excellent guest services and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
- Meet with guests on an informal basis during meals or upon departure to obtain feedback on quality of food and beverage, service levels and overall satisfaction.
- Handles guest problems and complaints together with managers
- Work with the restaurant team to control and monitor restaurant reservation system and maintain restaurant database.
- Point of contact with Reservations department for any VIP, delegates, KOLs or industry leaders pre-arrival and uses the information to guide the restaurant team and to create business opportunities.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all F&B menus & promotions
