**Responsibilities**:
Finance (including and not limited to):
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget.
- Maintain vote control register.
HR (including and not limited to):
- Liaise with HR with regards to paperwork for faculty recruitment/contract review/promotion.
- Facilitate faculty annual appraisal by ensuring processes / documents in place.
- Maintain and monitor the training records of administrative staff.
- General office administration and support to faculty.
General admin:
- Manage AG Head’s meeting schedule.
- Ensure smooth communication and dissemination of policy and information to AG staff.
- Provide administrative and logistics support in LSA AG events.
- Support administrative processes at LSA AG.
- Other duties assigned.
**Requirements**:
- A University degree.
- Experience in leading the office admin team would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
