Job Responsibilities:

- To install and configure new IT equipment
- To work within the SLA, policies and procedures
- To assist customers with any logged IT related incident
- To maintain a first-class level of customer service to ensure all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner
- Undertaking other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience as an IT support role
- Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- A team player with determination to drive to excel
- Working location: Jalan Bukit Merah
- Working hour: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri
