Singapore Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings Full time

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in supply chain, engineering or similar field
- 7+ years' of industry experience in supply chain management with ability to use complex supply chain systems and have strong understanding of holistic end-to-end supply chain from both operations and business perspective.
- Demonstrated program and change management experience.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Management concepts, e.g. 3PL operations, inventory placement, capacity management and cross border logistics.
- Advanced excel and basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job summary

Amazon is looking for a passionate and talented Program Manager supporting Amazon operation in Singapore and will be responsible for Supply Chain with focus on supply chain execution, inventory placement and cross border flows.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own supply chain execution metrics for SG Consumer Team
- Support the capacity expansion within the existing fulfillment centre and enable cross border transshipments of inventory.
- Partner with internal and external cross functional team to drive continuous improvement and optimization of inventory placement.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify different opportunities to reduce costs and/or improve customer experience and set priorities to improve them.
- Program management of Supply Chain Tools and systems to drive automation with central teams
- Serve as escalation point and the bridge between operations (internal/external) and business team, resolving issue in a prompt and efficient manner.
- MBA and work experience in a technical field is highly desired.
- High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality
- Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
- Start-up attitude and ability to flex to help identify and solve quickly emerging opportunities
- Relentless desire to exceed company and customer expectations in new delivery spaces
