As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to Group guidelines, directives, and messages and in the frame of an approved budget. Reporting to Marketing & Sales Manager, overseeing all organizing events and exhibitions to increase corporate image and to support business. You will collaborate with business units and external vendors to produce collaterals and materials within brand guidelines and support the implementation of the firm’s regional communications programs. The position is based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Proposing and implementing communication plans validated by the line manager and aligned with relevant budget
- Generating leads via advertising, sponsorship, and other promotional activities, using the web as a hub for integrated marketing communications
- Developing creative concepts related to all communication vehicles in accordance with corporate communication branding guidelines. Overseeing work provided by internal and/or external resources
- Managing relationship with assigned trade media, customers, and public associations. Writes and edits promotional materials for use in various media
- Managing the creation, production and publications of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches
- Maintaining a positive and integrated network in internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or another relevant course
- Experience working with multinational environment within the marketing and communications function
- Experience in providing support on roll-out of ad-hoc internal projects and business communication needs
- Excellent communications and collaborations skills
- Experience in B2B marketing environment
- Work rights in Singapore
