**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documents.
- Provide support for office events and activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

- GCE O-Level or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
