Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing and overseeing the global PR plan

2. Lead PR efforts and investor relations for Bitdeer Group globally, including managing PR agencies and internal PR team

3. Execute the global advertising campaigns and strategic plan to successfully boost brand awareness, generate value, and enhance the company’s reputation.

4. Cultivate and maintain relationship with various media and influential professionals (e.g. industry technology media, financial media, we-media, and other communication channels.)

5. Lead media relations and public relations, create press release through planning, drafting, invitation, and reception of the media at the press conference.

6. Edit and review external news articles; Plan and organize public relations and media activities.

7. Establish a PR management system and crisis PR response process, implement public opinion monitoring system on the media and social platforms. Deal with emergencies, critical information and sensitive issues in a timely and closed-loop manner.

8. Establish and improve PR department’s work processes and policies.

9. Maintain close communication with other departments of the company and cooperate efficiently.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or any other relevant fields.

2. More than 5 years of corporate PR work experience, in an Internet, tech, finance, blockchain, media or PR company background is preferred.

3. Excellent writing and communication skills, to simplify technical content and make it accessible to a wide audience. Excellent ability to summarize and integrate communication plans.

4. Familiar with media operations, investor relations and public relations

5. Outstanding knowledge and experience in public relations and ability to navigate complicated issues with thoughtfulness and confidence.

6. Possess a pioneer/start-up spirit and have a strong interest in blockchain or the financial industry.
