**Key Responsibilities**:
**Month-End Closing**:

- Assist with the month-end closing process, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
- Review and analyze financial reports for discrepancies or variances, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of month-end results.

**Intercompany Reconciliation**:

- Perform intercompany account reconciliations, ensuring all intercompany transactions and balances are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Coordinate with various departments and subsidiaries to resolve discrepancies and ensure all intercompany transactions are aligned.

**Audit Support**:

- Assist in the preparation and review of audit schedules and financial statements, providing necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
- Help in addressing auditor queries and implementing recommended improvements based on audit findings.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of reconciliation and audit processes for internal control and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Generate reports to track the progress of month-end closing and reconciliation activities.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., accounting, finance, and operations) to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Support cross-functional teams in identifying process improvements related to financial closing and reconciliation procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
