Singapore MS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

Responsible for maintaining, repairing & servicing the building's M&E System (Air-con, Fire Protection, BMS, Access Control, Plumbing & Sanitary System).
- Carry out daily inspection, conduct routine & preventive maintenance to ensure that the M&E Systems are maintained at highest standard.
- Attend to complaints, feedback & service repair requests from tenants.
- Attend to equipment breakdown & emergency response.
- Ensure M&E rooms are maintained in terms of cleanliness & housekeeping.
- Report on breakdowns & defects, record inventories, plants operating conditions etc.
- Perform standby duty on emergency call back service.
- Identify & recommend improvement works.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects that may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Min Nitec in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services) or Facilities Management.
- Min 3 years of technical working experience in M&E building services and AV equipments support preferred.
- Able to multi-task & work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to communicate with people of all levels & be a team player.

**Others**:

- 6 day work week
- 2 shifts (Morning/afternoon)
