**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bistro Bar Service Crew. As a key member of our establishment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your friendly and professional demeanor, coupled with your passion for the food and beverage industry, will contribute to the success of our bistro bar.

**Responsibilities**:

- _**Customer Service**:_ Provide excellent customer service by greeting and welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. Offer recommendations on menu items and beverages, and promptly address any inquiries or concerns.
- _**Food and Beverage Preparation**:_ Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks. Ensure adherence to quality standards and presentation guidelines for all beverage offerings. Maintain knowledge of the ingredients and preparation methods for each beverage to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
- _**Order Processing**:_ Accurately record guests' orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- _**Cleanliness and Organization**:_Maintain a clean and organized bistro bar area, including bar tops, tables, and seating areas. Regularly stock and replenish supplies, such as glassware, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- _**Teamwork**:_ Collaborate effectively with other team members, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests. Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a harmonious work environment.
- _**Knowledge Enhancement**:_ Stay updated on the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, as well as the beverage offerings, including wines, spirits, and craft beers.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a bistro, restaurant, or bar setting, is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills to process orders, handle cash transactions, and calculate bills accurately.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including responsible alcohol service and safe food handling practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the establishment's operating hours.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Working hours: 44 hours per week**

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
