**Job Title**: Application Support Engineer (.Net / Java + SQL)

**About the Role**

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated **Application Support Engineer** to join their growing IT team in **Singapore**. This position is ideal for a Malaysian professional with hands-on experience in **.Net or Java** and **SQL**, who is passionate about problem-solving and ensuring system reliability in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Work closely with development teams to deliver timely fixes and enhancements.
- Prepare documentation, SOPs, and performance reports.
- Participate in on-call or shift rotation if required.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years in Application Support or related role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **.NET (C#/ASP.NET)** or **Java (Spring Boot, J2EE)**.
- Strong knowledge of **SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL**.
- Familiar with ITIL, ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a client-facing environment.
- Willing to relocate or commute to Singapore.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Application support: 2 years (preferred)
- .NET: 2 years (preferred)
- Java: 2 years (preferred)
- L2/L3 Support: 1 year (preferred)
