**Responsibilities**:
The Technical Lead has to ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations, monitor and evaluate staff progress, assist with training and recruitment, set goals, and ensure overall client satisfaction. He/She is responsible in leading the Infra-Services team as the team comprises of Cloud engineers, M365, DevOps, On-premise system engineer and Security Consultant.
- Lead the team in the design, development, and maintenance for software products.
- Provide mentorship and advise to junior colleagues during maintenance troubleshooting and/or development of new product features/modules
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Work closely with Project Manager for weekly/monthly project updates (e.g. defects, change requests, resource planning, etc)
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- A strong background in troubleshooting and technology support will be beneficial.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- A strong adaptability in order to learn new technologies as needed and successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical environment.
- Strong communication skills to oversee personnel and foster collaboration with other organizational departments

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
