Your tasks and responsibilities: You will be responsible for the entire FTE and cost center planning, reporting, and controlling including cross charging activities for Regional Headquarter ASEAN You will assist in Business Areas / Business Lines controlling (Top-lines / Bottom-lines) including business partnering with Head of Business Areas and stakeholders in the countries You will assist to the Zone Finance management in facilitating the monthly forecast / annual budget process You will support the Digitalization Finance team by providing business input as well as creating new and maintaining existing dashboards To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://siemens-healthineers.com/ Your qualifications and experience: Bachelor or master’s degree in Controlling, Accounting or Finance At least 5 years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance functions Fluent in English, proficiency in German will be advantageous International work experience will be advantageous Your attributes and skills: You have experience in digital transformation in Finance, and possess the necessary technical skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, Power BI, Qlik View and Qlik Sense to drive digitalization You bring excellent communication and presentation skills You are a proven team player You have the ambition to grow personally and professionally in a young dynamic environment Our global team: We are a team of 68,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
