**You will join our Buildings department**

As our **Associate, Environmental Sustainability Design** (Civil & Structure), you will be part of the larger multi-disciplinary Ramboll APAC. You will be key and main person responsible for Environmental Sustainability Design related initiatives and projects support. Your role is based in Singapore, where you will work within a diverse Civil/Structure Engineering Design team and the SMART Building team. You will be involved on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors in Asia, as part of the larger Ramboll Group.

Key tasks and Responsibility
- Identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Research industry trends, analyse sustainability design consultancy market, and stay updated on competitors to uncover potential areas for growth.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and goals for the company's growth.
- Developing and executing market entry strategies to expand the sustainability design consultancy and ESG reporting in Asia-pacific.
- Leading Green certification projects, engage with stakeholders and conduct assessment with authority / certification body and obtain final certificate.
- Conducting assessments and audits to evaluate the environmental performance of existing buildings and identifying areas for improvement and advice on high level costing.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into building projects.
