We are an established luxury supplier of designer furniture, lightings and accessories seeking a suitable **Project Officer **to join our contract corporate team as IF YOU HAVE THE DRIVE, PASSION AND A GREAT TEAM PLAYER, WE HAVE THE RIGHT JOB FOR YOU.

**Job Scope**
- Attend site meeting and project co-ordination.
- Project administration (plan, schedule, coordinating and project managing work/program).
- Prepare, call, conduct site briefing and evaluate quotations and tender for projects.
- Ensure proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship;
- Attend to architect/designer/client needs and requests;
- Oversee project progress and prepare weekly report.
- Supervise to ensure vendors and contractors’ performance & works comply with contract specification requirements
- Manage project schedule and expenses to be on track.
- Ensure invoices and payment claims related to projects are submitted in a timely manner.
- Proper filing and archiving of all official documents, drawings, correspondences, and electronic submissions related to day-to-day operations of Projects Department.
- Prepare documents for closing of account or handover to maintenance team/client after project completion.
- Any other duties assigned from HOD.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of AutoCad will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent Organizational and Project Management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and a positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in a support role.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in handling Projects.
- At least Diploma and above educational qualification.

**Other Information**
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm) Alt. Working Location: Alexandra Rd, Delta House
