- You will be responsible to reduce aged and current debt for your own customer portfolio.
- Develop and maintain effective and constructive relationships with customers to achieve the best credit results as possible.
- Proactive follow up with customers via outbound customer contacts to negotiate payment on outstanding amounts and resolve outstanding payment issues.
- Build and maintain good working relations within the team and colleagues across the globe.
- To be familiar and to act in accordance with all applicable credit processes and policies.

- This role is a perfect challenge for you if you have:
- Have relevant 2-3 years of working experience and a bachelor or similar degree in economics or finance.
- Excellent interacting, negotiation and communicating skills.
- A proactive, motivated, and positive attitude, with the ability to easily adapt to business changes and learn new processes quickly.
- Computer literate (experience in system environment), strong Excel skills.
