**Logistics Executive**

This very interesting position is located in Singapore and reports to Logistics Manager.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Improve logistics / warehousing processes and systems; drive towards “Best-In-Class” Lean operations within Leica groups.
- Monitor key KPI metrics to measure efficiency and improvement of Logistics team.
- Review logistics processes and implement changes to establish effective workflow.
- Establish continuous improvement activities to achieve logistics saving targets.
- Lead and participate in in continuous projects in logistics team / within the site.
- Co-ordinate with Logistics Service Providers and monitor daily inbound/outbound deliveries.
- Ensure deliveries are executed based on customers’ expected receiving dates.
- Comply and adhere to the regulatory and company Quality and EHS requirement.

**OUR EXPECTATIONS**
- Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience in similar industry
- Working experience in logistics / freight forwarding industry
- Language proficiency in English and Chinese, and
- Minimal travel.

- Tenacity to do what is necessary to meet on-time deliveries
- Multi-tasking: expediting, analysis, reporting simultaneously
- Accept philosophy we will do everything possible to meet LIS customer’s request, going the extra mile to continuously expedite and follow up on delivery improvement from suppliers regardless of lead time
- Accept Kanban System Principle and Challenges; mindset to overcome every step obstacle (not blame) to bring efficiency improvement to the Lean system
