**About OKX Graduate Program (Supernova)**

Supernova Program is a 3-year career accelerator program that aims to fast-track young, high-performing graduates into technical experts and future leaders in the Infrastructure team. We firmly believe in the youthful power of the new era. Join us to achieve your narrative around crypto.

**About the team**:As an SRE/DevOps Engineer in OKX, You will work closely with the top-notch infrastructure team to develop the reliable, stable and efficient operation of OK large-scale distributed system services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be part of a global infrastructure team developing the governance and optimisation of micro-service architecture in large-scale and complex scenarios, e.g. middleware in high concurrency and low latency transaction business.
- Strive for performance optimisation and maximise customer satisfaction- Stay on top of industry trends, and evaluate new solutions to address our unique and fast-growing business needs.- Work closely with design and product teams, and turn design ideas into quality features that scale to millions of users.- Collaborate with global development teams, and deliver customised solutions targeting international users while maintaining consistency with the overall architecture- Maintain high-quality technical documentation and improve efficiency in cross-office/time zone cooperation

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline- Possess relevant tech stack skillset for the respective software roles
- Java development and spring boot, concurrent programming, and solid computer foundation (network, algorithm)
- Middleware tools, Kafka, Redis-
- Passionate about Web3, Crypto and Blockchain industry- Good team communication and collaboration skills- Analytical, problem-solving mindset and a self-starter- Curious to learn and embodies a growth mindset- Flexible and comfortable in navigating ambiguity- A pro-active team player that thrives on winning as a team- An excellent communicator with a global mindset
