**What the role is**
ASSISTANT MANAGER, RAIL RELIABILITY INCENTIVE
**What you will be working on**
The Rail Licensing Division is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team and take on the challenge of managing and administering rail operators’ licences, Codes of Practice (CPs), commercial activities guidelines, and monitoring rail performance, in support of the development and regulation of Singapore’s Rapid Transit Systems (RTS) network.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
a) Verifying RRI claims by Public Transport Operators (PTOs);
b) Conducting assessments to independently verify accuracy of PTOs’ submissions;
c) Performing audits on causes of service delays utilising data from rail systems;
d) Performing audits on PTOs’ documented and certified processes for the collection of rail reliability data, and control mechanisms at critical points to enhance governance;
e) Improving internal systems including processes and procedures for greater operational efficiencies in RRI matters; and
f) Providing periodic updates to LTA senior management on RRI matters.
**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering
- Excellent writing, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as a team, and multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Self-motivated and resourceful to produce innovative solutions
- Leadership skills and relevant working experience in data analysis will be an advantage
