At Western Union, we are searching for a Facilities In-Charge to lead our team with enthusiasm. You will be ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation of a physical workplace.

**Role responsibilities**
- Maintenance and Repairs - Oversee regular maintenance of infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), coordinate timely repairs and manage service contracts (janitorial, landscaping, etc.)
- Telco - Oversee maintenance of telco systems including internet, phone lines, and internal network, support IT team in managing the account contract renewal, inform the IT Team and Ops Team immediately with any issue related.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Security - Manage security protocols and systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- Budgeting and Cost Management - Manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and facility operations, negotiate contracts and control costs effectively.
- Vendor Management - Oversee external contractors for services, renovations, and projects.
- Sustainability - Implement energy-saving initiatives and green practices.
- Project Management - Lead facility upgrades, renovations, and expansions.
- Reporting and Documentation - Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and compliance.
- Staff and Roster Management - Oversee staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage for operations, maintenance, and emergencies. Coordinate shift schedules and manage attendance in close coordination with Cluster InCharge.
- Logistics Support - Manage internal logistics such as movement of equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery - Develop contingency plans for emergencies and disruptions with the operations manager.
- Cash Bag Collection Coordination - Coordinate secure collection and transfer of cash bags from retail or operational areas, liaise with vendors or cash-in-transit providers to ensure safe handling.

**Role Requirements**:

- Ability to raise Purchase Orders (POs) using internal systems or procurement platforms.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as maintenance logs, vendor records, incident reports, and compliance files.
- Generate reports and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and senior management.
- Communicate facility-related updates and changes effectively.
