Security Penetration Testing Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze requirements and develop a test plan for conducting penetration tests.
- Lead the team to achieve security penetration testing goals for various products, including:

- Designing and writing test cases based on requirements and scenarios.
- Conducting tests and verifying whether the system or product meets security standards.
- Delivering test results and recommendations to the product team.
- Optimize team workflows and ensure efficient collaboration across departments.
- Adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments, making decisions with limited or ambiguous information.Recruit qualified professionals and enhance team building and development.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C++, C, C#, PHP, Python).
- 5+ years of experience in internet product security testing, including 2+ years of managing in-house testing teams.
- Expertise in security penetration testing, including requirements analysis, test case design, and execution.
- Experience collaborating with remote testing teams and security experts.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, coupled with a passion for and interest in games.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in project-level testing design and management is preferred
