DESIGNATION : Occupational Therapist - Paediatric (Full-time/Part-time/Locum)

RESPONSIBILITIES
**About the Role**

We are seeking passionate **Paediatric Occupational Therapists** to join our team supporting children across **THKMC's early childhood and developmental programmes**, including but not limited to **EIPIC, DS-LS**, and our dedicated paediatric centres, **Children Therapy Spaces**.

As part of **THK Therapy Services**, you will work alongside families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to empower children in developing functional independence and meaningful participation in daily life.

Therapists may be deployed across **centre-based or community-based** paediatric programmes depending on organisational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct assessments and provide goal-directed occupational therapy interventions for children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and team members in designing and implementing **Individualised Intervention Plans (IIPs)**.
- Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in classroom, centre-based, or community settings.
- Provide home programmes and caregiver training to support the child's development beyond therapy sessions.
- Participate, where applicable, in multidisciplinary case discussions to support holistic care planning for the child.

QUALIFICATIONS
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Fully registered or eligible for registration with the **Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)**, Singapore.
- Passion for working with children and their families.
- Experience in paediatric occupational therapy, early childhood intervention, or special education settings (e.g., EIPIC, DS-LS, SPED) is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in paediatrics are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with a proactive and positive work ethic.
