**HR Services in brief**:
The HR Services covers HR Self Service support, either E-Business Suite or Cloud based, and series of HR data related processes at a global scale, split into two main areas:

- **Before Hire**: Background checks, iRecruitment support and Offer release;
- **After Hire**: Record creation, data maintenance, payments uploads, reporting, data audits, user acceptance tests (UATs) of new tools, implementations and systems.

**THE ROLE**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of a small team by providing direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines to ensure team goals and KPIs are met.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Perform regular internal audits.
- Primary point of contact for complex requests and escalations.
- Act as the primary SME for all functions mapped to team.
- Assist Global and Regional Process Owners with operational excellence projects and process improvement.
- Share best practices within the team and cross teams.
- Provide necessary training and guidance to assigned team members.
- Coach, develop and motivate team members while encouraging creativity and proactivity.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of team and process best practices.
- Contribute to projects of low and medium complexity, impact, and visibility.
- Does not have hire/fire authority.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Qualifications:

- A minimum of 4 years HR or HR Services experience in a high technology environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.
- Strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written, with the ability to conduct business with managers and employees at all levels.
- Must be able to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel).
- Familiarity of HRIS systems.
- Proven Organizational and time-management skills
- Leads by example, proves good practices and sound judgement

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Responsible for the development, implementation, administration and budgeting of global HR strategic company initiatives in one or more of the following areas: employment, compensation, benefits, HR operations, employee relations, diversity, immigration and organizational development Supervises a professional staff.

Play an important role in leading the HR group as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff. Develop and implement global company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., benefit programs, manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment). Advise managers and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Ensures staffing needs are met in accordance with government regulations.

Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. Interacts daily with staff and/or functional peer groups in the presentation of factual information. Key skills and abilities include customer service skills, coaching, problem solving, communication, process development, and analysis. Familiarity of HRIS systems. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree and experience in an HR specialty a plus.
