WINGS THERAPY AND LEARNING CENTER (WINGS), Singapore’s first intensive therapy center is seeking **highly motivated physiotherapists** to join its EXCITING, VIBRANT AND DYNAMIC team.

We are currently expanding our focus to teenagers and young adults with special needs. We are dedicated to delivering the most innovative therapies to help teenagers and young adults with a diverse range neurological and developmental needs to achieve the kind of freedom and independence they deserve.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of experienced professionals, striving for the delivery of outstanding service for families of infants, toddlers, children and teenagers with a diverse range of abilities and conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Approved qualifications in Physiotherapy (Diploma, Degree or Masters in Physiotherapy)
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
- Fresh graduates may apply
- Positive and client-centred Physiotherapist with great communication skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
- Develop rehabilitation programs using a variety of transformative and innovative treatment techniques
- Reduce the need for and provide alternatives to surgery
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally as well as improving strength, flexibility, balance and coordination
- Consult and practice with other health professionals
- Evaluate results, monitor and communicate progress
- Document patient care services
- Play a pivotal role in developing the programs that will shape the success of the center

Founded in 2017, WINGS is Singapore’s first intensive therapy center to offer transformative therapies such as Paediatric Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention, Suit Therapy (NeuroSuit and TheraSuit Method®), Spider Cage Therapy, Universal Exercise Unit, Cuevas Medek Exercises® (CME), Intensive Gait Training. Task Specific Electrical Stimulation (TASES), Autism Fitness and Sports for The Special Child

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
