With the economy opening up, The Cocoa Trees (Focus Network Agencies Group), Asia's leading retailer & distributor of premier chocolate and confectionery brands is expanding and looking for a new Retail Operations Executive to join our team to manage outlets at Changi Airport.

Reporting to the Senior Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of several retail outlets. If you have previous experience in managing multi retail outlets, you are likely the person we are looking for. You are a leader who is a dynamic team player with the ability to motivate your teams, and work in a fast paced environment.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the outlets
- Train and motivate employees to enhance their job performance
- Attend to customers’ feedback and requests
- Ensure standard operations procedures and service guidelines are adhered to
- Take ownership of personal development needs to maximize potential and anticipate business requirements

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years in retail management
- Enjoys working in the retail environment and performs well under pressure
- Good organizational skills with leadership qualities and people management skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
