We are seeking to hire an Associate to support the Investment Group in the evaluation of global investment opportunities in both nature-based solutions and technology-based solutions. The individual should be highly motivated, intelligent and sound judgement and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavours. **Role and Responsibilities**
- Perform market research and closely follow industry trends in nature-based solutions and technology-based solutions, including but not limited to, agriculture, forestry, carbon capture, low-carbon materials and low-carbon fuels sectors
- Support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities through:

- Financial modelling, valuation analyses, and sensitivity & scenario analyses
- Technical evaluation of carbon crediting and carbon impact potential
- Conduct in-depth due diligence across commercial, financial, tax, ESG and legal workstreams, in conjunction with Corporate departments
- Preparing written analyses, evaluations and presentations for investment opportunities for use and review by relevant stakeholders
- Assist with the ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies, and undertake required analysis of performance against investment thesis and projected returns
- Support tracking of investment pipeline and pace of deployment, as well as dynamic portfolio allocation and construction

**Requirements**:

- Ideal to have a strong interest in the area of sustainability and topics relating to carbon markets, nature-based solutions and technology-based solutions for decarbonisation
- Analytical problem-solver with attention to details
- Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
