As an integral part of the event team, the Event Crew is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of events. This role requires a dynamic and flexible individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide client or guest relation support
- Serving drinks to guests
- Distribution of marketing materials and promoting of products or services
- Data collection such as assisting the process of filling up registration form
- Managing registration or information desk
- Provide guest relation duties such as welcoming visitors to the event booth
- Attending to queries by visitors about the Client’s company, products, services and exhibition.
- Assist in setting up and/or packing up of the event space that is not higher than 2 meters from the floor, and under 20kg of weight (for male) and 10kg of weight (for female).
- Provide crowd control and human traffic control when needed for safety and orderly reasons

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a event crew or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
