QA Lead

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
- Ensure the quality of test cases and test executions through review, training, and tooling.
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
- Along with the team, you will help implement test strategies, driving process improvement, raise the bar of testing across platforms and improve quality assurance practices.
- Provide estimation and handle resource management, prepare the plans and roadmaps for the quality team.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
- Work with all stake holders (internal and external) to ensure that the quality metrics is reviewed, closed and agreed upon.
- Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries.
- Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis.
- Ensure upkeeping of project documentation in accordance to corporate quality assurance policy.
**Requirements**:
- Be a strong leader, with at least 2 years significant people management experience
- Proven record of being a successful Quality Assurance leader in a fast paced environment
- Able to develop test scripts in JavaScript, Python, VBScript, Jscript,DelphiScript, C# and C++, Python, Ruby and PHP will be an advantage
- Experience in automation testing (web, mobile and api)
- Experience in mobile app testing
- Experience in testing APIs
- Experience in JIRA, Git and Jenkins
- Experience in CI/CD will be an advantage
- Passionate about all forms of testing (white box, black box, functional, regression, non-functional) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across the organization
