We're looking for a bubbly, passionate & creative Social Media & Communication Rockstar to join our team

You'll be supporting the development and execution of our social media strategy across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to achieve our marketing and communication goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience (professionals and job seekers).
- Manage the day-to-day posting schedule and calendar across all social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage newsletter content

**Qualifications**
- Passionate in social media marketing & content creation marketing in general.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Strong eye for design, color, and composition.
- Creativity, with a passion for storytelling, blogs, newsletter and writing articles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
