We are the ByteDance Global Payment team, as a mid-platform Department, providing payment solutions for ByteDance's Internationalization business, such as TIKTOK, Helo, games, etc. The Global Payment team focuses on the quality and efficiency of the global payment product line, ensuring a highly reliable and stable service for international products, building overseas payment products and capabilities.

1.Plan and formulate the development route and operation strategy of compliance products (including Anti Money Laundering, compliance operation, regulatory reporting, etc.), and promote the optimization and upgrading of product structure;
2.Responsible for compliance product design, promote R & D landing and its continuous iteration, work closely with other product teams and other collaborative teams to promote product realization and continuous optimization;
3.Pay close attention to and deeply understand the changes in regulatory policy trends, be responsible for the collection, analysis and sorting of regulatory laws and regulations and regulatory punishment cases, form knowledge accumulation at the organizational level, and convert to product dimensions for functional planning and layout;
5.lead the team to carry out market survey and competing product analysis, compliance operation system construction, continue to enhance product competitiveness;
6.Lead the team to dig deep into the nature of customer needs, penetrate the analysis and integration of compliance requirements in different financial business areas, incorporate compliance product planning and design from a global perspective, and provide reasonable product solutions according to the actual situation of different industries;
7.Responsible for analyzing abnormal transaction behavior according to the behavior characteristics of different Lines of Business customers, such as terrorist Financing, smuggling, money laundering, fraud, etc.;
9.Cooperate with the company's overall compliance strategy, communicate with technical and other teams, and promote technical landing and achievement transformation.
- Full-time undergraduate and above.
- 5 years and above Product Manager experience, more than 3 years management experience, with independent product design experience, high-quality doc and prototype delivery capabilities.
- Understand the financial technology industry, payment institutions compliance, Anti Money Laundering policy requirements and work conditions, with cross-border, overseas payment institutions compliance management, Anti Money Laundering, data practice related work experience is preferred.
- Have strong fast learning ability and self-driving force, have long-term planning thinking of products, and be able to promote orderly iteration of products.
- Strong pressure resistance and multi-threaded task processing ability;
- Have strong communication and coordination skills, be able to flexibly respond to different partners, and collaborate efficiently across teams.
