Job Responsibilities
- Production and baking of a variety of pastries, cakes and breads on a daily basis
- Ensure that the baking area is clean at all times
- Assist in front counter sales when required
Requirement
- Certificate in Patisserie or Bakery or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year of experience as bakery or pastry profession
- 5 and 6 alternate working days per week. Need to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
