This role is responsible for providing full support and accountability to the Information Technology Department in the area of IT Network and Security Infrastructure, and providing daily helpdesk / desktop support to colleagues in the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day Operations and administration on network & security infrastructure.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrator on VMware environment.
- Perform network and server patch on a periodic basis.
- Act as first point of contact when receive any alert from monitoring tools. Perform trouble-shooting, rectification for any network and server issue.
- Review network routers, switches and firewalls configuration on a periodic basis.
- Manage infrastructure-related project from end to end.
- Ensure inventory list and network configuration lists are kept up to date.
- Support and set-up network/system at off-site disaster recovery center.
- Perform branch BCP test and document the test result and recommendation.
- Provide daily helpdesk support colleagues in the office.
- Act as a liaison between users and head-office for troubleshooting.
- Manage IT vendor and service provide.
- To maintain IP phone user account management, and call recording system.
- To maintain and monitor CCTV and Door security system.
- To assist to connect video conference equipment when required.
- Take on projects and/or other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Department Head.

**Knowledge & Experience Required**:

- Degree holder in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology, with at least 6 years of total working experience in IT and 3 years of directly relevant working experience to the description above.
- Good hands-on experience in routing, switching, firewalls, and Windows Servers.
- Good exposure to VMware, Vcentre, ESXi and Storage.
- In-depth knowledge of Firewalls (preferable Palo Alto/Firepower).
- Must have good verbal and written communication in **both English and Chinese **.
- Meticulous and good problem solving skills.
- A fast learner who is able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, responsible, meticulous and able to multi-task.
