JOB DESCRIPTION - Sr. Engineer (Projects & Operations)

1. Ensure all Projects bids, and Project Executions are carried on in an appropriate, cost effective way adhering to delivery deadlines.

2. Make sure the quotes are of highest technical class quotes, for valve automation with adherence to technical standards.

3. Work with suppliers and complete the actuated valve assembly drawing using Autodesk Software.

4. Manage the drawings and drawing 2D/3D files in company CRM software (Zoho), along with the Zoho Champ.

5. Project execution, documentation, liaising with factories and the customers:
a. Follow up on order placement with Factories

b. Prepare Vendor Document Master List (VDML), and follow up with Factories for documents submission.

c. Follow up with Factories on production schedules and ensure delivery deadlines are met.

d. Follow up with Factories on technical queries from the customers.

e. Prepare the responses for technical queries and CRS from the customers.

f. Follow up with Factories & TPI on inspection needs.

g. Prepare the documentation in templates / format as required by customers for on-time submission.

h. Follow up with Factories DCC to get the documentation reviewed, approved, commented and returned on-time.

i. Liaise with customers & company’s account department on milestone certificates, and invoices.

7. Complete the customers’ Suppliers Data Form or Vendors Registration Form.

8. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.

9. Improve / Maintain the testing facilities, like procurement of torque test devices, transducers calibration, etc.

10. Overseeing quality control through order executions with cost reductions and optimizations.
