To satisfy the needs of our growing client base, Hamilton Lane is looking to hire an Associate to join the Client Solutions team in the Singapore office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Client Solutions Associate will assist in the marketing, fundraising, and managing ongoing investor relations in Southeast Asia.

This position reports to the Head of Southeast Asia.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help execute fundraising and new product development process
- Respond to investor requests
- Assist in managing existing investor relations. Ensure all client's reporting and servicing needs are delivered in accordance to their requirements
- Prepare client portfolio reviews including quantitative and qualitative portfolio analysis
- Organize meeting preparations (including background research, program intelligence, etc.) and attend investor meetings
- Help design new business proposals to meet investor objectives
- Be a point of contact for prospects, including attending in-office meetings, as well as coordinating and executing on any follow-up items
- Conduct research around business development trends or themes by geography and/or client type
- Coordinate, create, and review bespoke investor presentations
- Develop requests for information and proposals in close cooperation with internal partner departments
- Collaborate on various research projects utilizing internal and external resources to help grow the business
- Assist on maintainining a high level of prospecting activity to map key markets
- Assist on marketing efforts with investors - sponsored events, seminars, and other sales initiatives

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS; Education and/or Experience:

- A driven individual with a strong sense of integrity
- Self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results
- An enthusiastic team member who collaborates well with others and builds strong working relationships
- Analytical, logical and intelligent
- Client-focused and committed to developing creative solutions
- Investment management or private markets experience is a plus
- Ability to speak other Southeast Asian languages is a plus
